Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to Tensorial TTS, provided by Jonathan da Silva Santos under the Tensorial brand. Questions: privacidade@tensorial.com.br.
Using the app
The app converts text to speech on compatible Apple devices and provides voices that may be selected in iOS accessibility settings. You are responsible for the text you enter and for using generated audio lawfully, with any permissions required for that content. Do not use the app to infringe rights, impersonate someone deceptively or facilitate unlawful activity.
License and third-party materials
The app is licensed, not sold. Your use is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless another applicable license is supplied. These terms supplement that agreement and do not limit rights granted by applicable open-source licenses or mandatory law. Third-party software and models remain subject to their respective licenses. You retain your rights in the content you provide; these terms do not grant us ownership of that content.
Purchase
The app is offered as a paid download through the App Store. The price, currency and applicable taxes displayed by Apple at checkout apply. The app currently has no subscription or in-app purchases. Purchases, redownloads and refund requests are handled by Apple under the rules applicable in your country or region. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Speech quality and availability
Speech is generated automatically and may contain pronunciation errors or omissions. Some languages are marked experimental. Results depend on the language, text, device and operating system. Do not rely on generated speech as the only means of communicating emergency, medical, legal or other critical information. Voice availability and system integration depend on compatible iOS features and settings.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local processing, app preferences, support communications and services operated by Apple.
Updates and support
We may maintain, update or change the app. We do not promise that every device, operating system or language will remain supported indefinitely. Support requests can be sent to the contact address above. Access to updates is subject to App Store availability and applicable consumer rights.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available and without additional guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any limits on warranties or liability apply only where lawful and do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Ending use and changes to these terms
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. The effective date appears above. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have. Applicable mandatory law takes precedence over these terms.
